Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed (Arabic) Course at Calicut University:
Candidate must have passed B.A Degree with Arabic Language and Literature/B.A Afzal-Ul-Ulama/B.A.Functional Arabic with 50% marks in Part-I+II+III together or 50% marks for Part-III alone.
Alternatively, candidates with a B.A Degree in Arabic Language and Literature/B.A Afzal-Ul-Ulama/B.A.Functional Arabic along with a Master’s Degree in Arabic Language and Literature/Post Afzal-Ul-Ulama with not less than 50% marks are also eligible.
Candidates with a B.A/B.Sc with 50% marks for Part II Arabic and a Master’s Degree in Arabic Language and Literature/Post Afzal-Ul-Ulama with not less than 50% marks are also eligible.
